This does the following :
- open a local NIfTI/MINC/MGH/pixp file, using
pixpipe.FileToArrayBufferReader
- redirect the file buffer into a
pixpipe.Image3DGenericDecoder
to extract 3D dataset and metadata
- get the output as a generique
pixpipe.MniVolume
object
- produce multiple 10x10 mosaics (Image2Ds) of slices using
pixpipe.Image3DToMosaicFilter
- display the mosaics in a canvas using a single instance of
pixpipe.CanvasImageWriter
